Day 35- Late Night Thirsty



Decided to change my workouts to nights and it feels really good.

They say that the best way to get good nights rest is to have a good workout. Take care of your body and you take care of your mind. We must realize as we get older we have to start taking preventative measures to ensure a (happy) and healthy life.

Genetic and not so genetic health problems run in my family so i decided to take care of myself because of it. I’m not a fitfam health nut or anything, but anything is better than nothing.

It’s days like this to exercise while you can, because one day you might not be able to.

Expand your lifeline. 30 mins a day is all it takes.
